We do not issue refunds for failure to complete the intake form, failure to provide required documents, or submission of incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information that prevents completion.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with the relevant transaction IDs. If we confirm a duplicate payment for the same report, we will refund the duplicate charge.
If you have a concern, contact us first and we will review the matter promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution because payment processors require investigation and documentation.
